Departure city (Город вылета) – the city from which you are planning to depart
In this box, you need to fill in the name of the city from which you are going to depart in English, Russian or Armenian. In this example, the name Yerevan is already filled in, that is, if you are going to fly from Yerevan, then you do not need to change anything in this box.
Arrival city (Город прибытия) – the city where you are going to depart
In this box, you need to fill in the name of the city you are going to travel to (for example, Prague or Праха) in English, Russian or Armenian letters. When filling in the name of the city, the system will give you a direction-hint, from which you can choose the correct option (see image 2).
Departure (from the city) – departure date
In this box, we need to specify the departure date, which you can select using the calendar in the box by clicking on the box. The departure date box is shown in Figure 3.
Return (from city) – return date
In this box, we need to specify the return date, which you can select using the calendar in the box by clicking on the box. If you do not want to select a return date (i.e. you want to buy a one-way ticket), then either click on the blue cross in the return date box, or click on the “Return ticket not required” button under the return date selection window. The return date box is shown in Figure 2.
Passengers/class – number of passengers and ticket class
In this box, we need to indicate the number of all passengers: adults, children under 12 years old and children under 2 years old. You can also select the “Business Class” ticket option. See image 5.
Search – search for air tickets with the specified option
By clicking the search button, you will be taken to the air ticket search results page, where offers from different airlines and online booking systems for your destination will be displayed.

The speed of the search depends on several factors — the speed of the partner websites, the speed of your computer and the Internet connection.
On the search page, in addition to the results, you will see the “best price calendar” section, through which you can see the available prices for air tickets for the next few days. Click the “Calendar of best prices” button and the calendar will appear on your screen.
Selecting and booking an air ticket
By choosing the air ticket you need, you click the “Order” button, after which the system will redirect you to the partner website, where you will make the payment and buy the air ticket of your choice.
Sometimes the air tickets at the presented price may be sold out and the partner will offer you air tickets at a different price for the given destination.
Be careful when booking air tickets on partner websites.
At the last stage, you visit the website of the company selling the selected airline ticket. You must fill in the passenger data as indicated on that website. You must fill in all the fields correctly (including the phone number and email address). Within 15 minutes after booking, you will receive a confirmation of your airline ticket booking with all its parameters and the contact details of the company that sold the airline ticket. If you do not see the message in your email, it may be in your SPAM folder. You may be called at the phone number you provided to clarify the details of your order.
The details of the booked airline ticket are also mainly sent via SMS to the phone number you provided.
Payment and receipt of the booked airline ticket are made on the website of the service provider.
If this is your first time making a payment with a bank card, please note that payments are only accepted with MasterCard (except Maestro) and VISA (except Electron). Some partner organizations may also accept payments via virtual payment systems (PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer).
Attention: Payments with Visa Electron and Maestro bank cards are not possible.
